• How can I send you my menu information?

    You can send us your menu text (or your current menu) via fax, email or mail. See our Contact page for more information.
  • What if I need to take photos of my platters?

    If your restaurant is located in Des Moines, Iowa (or surrounding areas) we can make an appointment to take pictures of your food. For more information see our Food Photography page.
  • How long does it take to design my restaurant menu?

    It takes about 5 business days to design your restaurant menu. All other items (business cards, posters, etc.) are designed within 2-3 business days.
  • How long does it take to print my order?

    Cardstock and laminated menus are printed within 3 business days after your approval. All other items take approximately 7-10 business days for printing. This does not include shipping times.
  • Do I get to see a proof of my menu (or other items) before you print them?

    Yes, we provide you with a digital version of your menu (or other items) before printing them to avoid any mistakes in information, etc. We recommend you revise the proof in detail and let us know if there are any errors that we need to correct.
  • Can I cancel or change my order?

    We will be happy to accomodate your request if you need to make changes to your order BEFORE it is printed. If you must cancel your entire job, keep in mind that there might be cancellation charges (proof, design fees, credit card fees, etc.) depending on the stage of the order.
  • What if I'm not satisfied with my order?

    CbL Menus is committed to your satisfaction. However, we are not responsible for information, image, colors or typing errors after you have approved your proof.
  • What is your return policy?

    Since each order is custom made to each restaurant, all sales are final. If we have made an error in our end, we will reprint your order. No refunds or credits.
  • Can I obtain a printable version of my menu after is printed?

    We can provide you with a printable version of your menu for an added fee. Call us for more information.
